Sweet Summertime

Hello! So sorry everyone i have been so busy with things lately that i have really slacked off on the blogging. Things are going great here in provo. Only about a month left til school starts up again. I am actually kind of looking forward to the change and getting back into the fun that college brings! My three best friends and i are moving into a duplex just down the street from the Branbury, where i am now. Landen thinks that will be trouble but thats totally bull:) I still work at fro yo and its still moving to American Fork hopefully by the end of this month. 

This summer has been lots of fun so far! My friends and I went to the Llama fest last weekend. I know your all thinking we're nuts but it was actually really funny! It was at the Hare Krishna temple in Spanish Fork. When I am home next, I will try to post some pictures cause the temple is so cool looking! And I found out what a driving range is yesterday. I thought it was just a place where people go drive cars for fun but nope it involves golf! Who knew really? I am just going to throw it out there that i am actually not too shabby either. So I have been learning and experiencing all kinds of great things this summer!:) I have met so many awesome people and have made lots of good friendships. I have definitely had my hard times, but in the end they were worth it. Life is great and I am truly so happy despite the fact that i miss everyone lots every single day!

Catchin Up

Yes my first roomie and best friend got married in march. Crazy i know but it was a beautiful wedding and she is very happy! Life with me has been so crazy these days! I am finally done with my first year of college! The past little while I have been getting ready for finals, taking finals, moving buildings for the summer and naturally trying to juggle all kinds of men:) (kidding about the last part) But now life is starting to slow down lots more. I am living in Provo for the summer working at the best frozen yogurt place, Fro Yo. When we move locations to American Fork in about a month , my boss wants to make me Manager of that store which I will most likely take. Life is wonderful! I am truly so blessed and so incredibly happy! I promise I will try to post more often especially for lacy & matt and Lance & Kt. Love you all so much!

I was home for the evening for a friend's wedding. Ashley and I stopped by good ol bowmans. This is where we spent 80 % of high school getting half off donuts after 7, car markers, drinks, or meetin up with friends. Such good times here!

So busy!

Sorry family it has been such a long time since i have updated my blog. I have just been so busy with school and its hard to find time to get to a computer unless i use the ones at school. I just want you all to know that i am doing great! The last few weeks has been really tough for me especially with the whole drew thing. This has definitely been one of the hardest times in my life but i feel like i have grown so much from all that i have had to go through. I especially have grown spiritually and i feel much stronger these days! I have come to the realization lately that things really do happen for a reason! I FINALLY got a job last week. I work at Fro Yo. It is a frozen yogurt place right by my apartment. Trying to find a job as been such a stressor for me these last few months so it was such a relief to finally have one work out. I feel really good about this job so we will see how it works out! I love provo so much and everything about it. If i come home for the summer, i really will miss it so much. Anyways I want you all to know how much i love you and miss you so much!! I feel so disconnected from my family these days so i am going to try to update and check my blog more often and call everyone!

I seriously struggle with this bloggin business and i have all these gaps in between my pictures so your going to have to bear with me! We didnt have school on presidents day so two of my roomies and i wanted to do something really fun and crazy. and to just get away for the day. We figured why not road trip down to st george! Ash had fam their and didnt even think about possible consequences of it(being the naturally reckless people we are). We set off for st george around 4 pm on Monday. None of us have school on Tuesday so we figured it would be ok to go so late. We made lots of random stops and took lots of pictures along the way. We stopped in Santaquin, Yuba lake(where i cut my foot really badly and got very muddy from it), and of course we had to stop in filmore to get there yummy potato logs! It feels almost like tradition in our family because i always remember having to stop there when we would come visit Utah growing up. We stopped in Beaver to have frozen hot chocs(last time we drove through we had the best ones there so..we had to stop). By this time it was dark. When we drove through Parawon we saw a mysterious light so we had to stop. We found out it was just from an airport which was VERY creepy. We continued on and once we hit cedar city it started to snow lightly. But once we were past cedar city we hit a huge snow storm. It was very scary because we could not see the lines on the road and the snow was coming down in slants. It was probably one of the most terrifying moments of my life! We made it to st george and luckily it was only raining there! We just messed around there for awhile. We had to eat in n out :) good news one is coming to draper and orem! We saw the temple, and drove to overlook st george. We also found some great puddles to drive through. We timed it perfectly so that we would totally splash the cars next to us..it was so funny! After awhile ashleys car started making a wretched noise and quit working. We pushed her car to the side of the road. Naturally this had to happen to us haha after a couple of hours of talking to ashleys brothers on the phone trying to figure out what was wrong, they thought it might be the transmission. So we had ashleys cousin come pick us up to sleep at their house. The next morning we had ashleys car towed to cedar city where her sister in laws brother lived. We took her cousins car to cedar city where she goes to SUU. There we caught this shuttle van thing back to provo. THose people brought her car up on a dolley last weekend and thankfully asia had a 100 miles free for towing with her AAA card! It was quite an interesing trip that turned out to be longer and harder than we thought. If i could go back and not go on that trip i wouldnt do it! It had been a long time since i had been adventurous and it really took my mind off of stresses in my life right now. I have a blast with my roomies and i really am going to miss them this summer :( sorry again for the huge gaps haha

Christmas was so great this year! i got lots of clothes andvery nice pots and pans from santa! and boots which i love so much! but what i loved most was being with my family! i love you all so much!!
